Quotations are subject to survey where required, availability of parts and materials, and confirmation of site conditions. Any estimated timescales are provided in good faith but may vary due to access, weather, supplier delays or unforeseen technical issues.

We are committed to clear communication, professional workmanship and fair service terms for every customer.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded. For questions about these terms or to discuss a current booking, please contact our team.
